We require that all appointments be secured by credit card.

For production projects, groups, and special events a 50% deposit for the estimated services requested is required at the time of booking. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received.

The minimum charge to receive on-site service for individual appointments is $100. The minimum charge to receive on-site service for groups and/or special events $175 (per manicurist).
Appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments made, changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If we cannot reach the client, or the client is not at the specified location and/or  cannot be serviced for any reason, we reserve the right to:

  • Abbreviate services
  • Cancel the appointment after a 15 minute grace period and bill for the full amount of the services reserved
Our service price includes a service radius of 15 miles of LAX (Los Angeles International Airport). This radius covers many smaller cities such as West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Santa Monica. When we do accept service calls beyond our standard service area, some locations further than our standard radius may incur a travel fee starting at $15.

We reserve the right to require greater service minimums and/or a travel fee/surcharge for service locations that are within our extended service area, but outside of our standard service area.

The client is responsible for all parking-related fees, including but not limited meters, tolls, parking & valet expenses incurred while services are being provided.
For your safety and the safety of the manicurist(s), we ask or enough disclosure be given at the time of booking your appointment regarding any medical issues and/or conditions you or the person you are booking on behalf of may have. This would include conditions such as diabetes, open wounds, fungus, infectious diseases, excessively thickened toenails. If we arrive and are unable to provide service for any of these reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service and a refund will not be issued.

FAQs

We bring everything we need to perform service. All we need you to provide is a place to access & dispose of warm water. We bring the towels, tools, bowls, stools, mats, and a variety of polish colors to choose from.We use disposable single-use nail files, buffers, cuticle pushers and pedicure bowl liners that are discarded after each client. We also disinfect all metal tools in hospital grade disinfectant between each client.
The reason the prices are higher than traditional corner salons is for the quality and convenience that on-site nail services provide and for the total time involved providing that service. Our experienced mobile nail technicians absorb the inconvenient hustle, bustle & hassle of going to a traditional brick & mortar salon, which is in turn, translated to the cost of services.

From children to seniors, we provide gentle, mindful accommodations to clients with varying disabilities, limitations, & fragilities.
